Track Name: Over The Falls In A Barrel
Oh I'm so unrehearsed, I can't go over if not head first
I've undone myself and I brought out the worst
will I wind up dead?
Over the falls in a barrel
Nobody is as overjoyed as me, and as enthused to see
this show of gravity
Oh I'm so unrehearsed.....
Track Name: Bottle Jockey
Thought that I would try to spin a tale
of a boy who wasn't sure what to be
tempted by sex and booze and drugs
sometimes he's lucky not to wind up in jail
In his teens he was living clean
hated his brother cause he thought he was mean
played a piano but he wasn't sure why
his best friend was a jock

Comb your hair and button your shirt
too many things are gonna make you hurt
but if the bottle is your best friend
then the bottle's the end

At 17 he loved Mary Jane
had a girlfriend, the girl of his dreams
played drums in a rock and roll band
a drinking habit in the palm of his hand
his 20's came and it felt so cool
though he almost had to stay in high school
took a trip with his friend to Japan
tried to learn to be a man

Stole a boat and took it down the canal
after shooting Absinthe
cat calling girls out in the street
Tokyo city was a story to beat
when he returned he was ready to run
but not before another evening of fun
went to a wedding with a bottle in hand
passed out the bathroom

Montreal was much bigger than him
and for a while his light grew dim
he kept drinking and smoking too
up to now he wasn't sure what to do
then in the fall everything changed
a dropped of acid burned the black from his brain
woke up in January finally then
he started living again
